150 metres from the top station things get cosy, tasty and sometimes a little louder. We serve Austrian food with plenty of flavour – plus good drinks, mountain views and everything a day at the Giggi needs.

That’s when the Giggijoch terrace turns into a dancefloor – with a great atmosphere and top DJs, plus the Giggijoch Clubbing dates with DJ PAT. During the Sölden Party you book your table indoors at the Wirtshaus online as usual.

Plan your route
The Wirtshaus sun terrace with fur-covered chairs and the snowy Ötztal Alps behind

  1. Valley station

    Address: Giggijochstraße 18, 6450 Sölden. Paid parking right at the valley station, or take the bus to “Sölden Giggijochbahn”.

  2. Giggijochbahn

    The ride from the valley to the top station takes about 15 minutes. We recommend warm clothing for a comfortable ride.

  3. 150 m to the Wirtshaus

    It’s only 150 metres from the top station to us – in winter right on your skis.

Good to know

  • If you are running late, tables are held for a maximum of 10 minutes.
  • The self-service area has free seating. To reserve a table in the umbrella bar (ground or upper floor), please email wirtshaus@central-soelden.at.
  • Opening in November depends on snow conditions.
